Special precautions and procedures for COVID-19

The Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) has meant a significant challenge for everyone around the world.

We at Artificial Companions have taken strict measures to ensure that your synthetic companion, and all our products in general, are manufactured in a safe environment. 

Once manufactured, our strict quality control system follows a protocol with a minimum of 5 points of inspection (10 for Full Bodies, 12 for Artificial Intelligence), to make sure that your synthetic companion is delivered in a mint condition. During the process, we take additional precautions to handle the product with extra care, ensuring an aseptic environment.

Finally, your artificial companion is shipped to your address in a perfectly sealed brown box, showing no logos, signs, or indications of its content for absolute discretion.



Our internal protocols exceed the guidelines recommended by the World Health Organization. During the whole process, our personnel remains equipped with PPE (Personal Protection Equipment), covered from head to toes with Level-1 isolation gowns, caps, masks, and gloves. The products are never touched directly and are always moved from one department to another carefully wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap, keeping them in complete isolation at every moment from human contact and any fluids.
